Concerning Lead in Drinking Water:

Van Anda Improvement District has recently received an email from Dan Glover, Drinking Water Officer for Vancouver Coastal Health, Powell River.  He says:  “There has been a good deal of attention lately placed on lead in drinking water.  Vancouver Coastal Health reminds the public to flush drinking water taps in their homes until the water turns cold, if there is a concern about lead exposure.”  Resource documents have been provided.  Click on each of the following links:
