Emergency Preparedness
Emergency preparedness – what to do first
In an emergency, knowing who to call and where to find information makes a big difference.
- Fire emergencies: always call 911
- Water emergencies (no water, very low pressure, major leaks): call the Water Operator at 1‑672‑882‑9901
- For non‑urgent issues, questions, or follow‑up, contact the VAID office during business hours.
This page provides links to emergency plans, preparedness resources, and guidance to help residents stay informed and ready. Check here for planning information, and always rely on emergency responders and official VAID notices during an active incident.
