Bylaw 159 Capital Expenditure Charge The bylaw for the CEC was approved in by the Board after working closely with the Local Government Division of Ministry of Municipal Affairs, who required financial documentation to backup the need for the charge, and whose approval is also needed for CEC bylaws. The bylaw was registered in the office of the Inspector of Municipalities in November 2021.
